Hi, I’m Halima, founder of Coaching with Halima. From my days swimming doggy paddle in school to serving on HMS Ark Royal, completing a tour of Afghanistan and building my own home gym during lockdown, movement has always been my anchor.

As a Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist, and Transformation Coach, I help women step into their own adventure, one built on confidence, gratitude, wellbeing and the courage to live life fully.

My military background shaped my strength and resilience. My mission now? To guide women like you to feel empowered, energised and enough, just as you are.
